How Much Jesse James Worth

Review - Josuke Higashikita and Joan Day by Banpresto

Edited for the first time in Italy now than fifteen years ago and recently reissued by Star Comics, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has always been one of my favorite shonen, and although he never reached the heights of fame and sales Dragonball and Saint Seiya , probably due to the absence of an animated version to ' height, has nevertheless gained some share of fans. Highlights of this manga are summarized in the first unmistakable author, Hirohiko Araki, which elaborates a saga saga unique and very original. In addition, the fighting, thanks to the bizarre powers invented by the author, generally become a challenge of intelligence between the duelists, with the protagonist always forced to consider the unpredictable event that is facing, and then find a way to defeat it using the skills that comes with. I realize that this presentation may be cloudy for those who have not read the manga, but then my goal was just to do some of maximum considered: Jojo is hard to describe, better buy some volume of the reprint and judge for yourself. For my part I can say that the battles to re-read many years later, part of the magic that I send at the time was lost, but the beauty of plot and characters is still there, making it a true classic.

s get to the point: last summer the Banpresto has launched a new series of statues dedicated to the protagonists of the various sagas of Jojo. Each month, from July 2010 onwards, is put on sale a couple of characters, which is to represent the span of six sagas of Jojo, the most recent Steel Ball Run . Those reviewed here are Italian Giovanna Day (not a mistake, so even if you call a guy) and the Japanese Josuke Higashikita , leaders respectively of the fifth and fourth series.
The statues are to be located in that vein in the middle, he can find a good balance between price (content, 25 euro each) and quality (good). The thing I appreciated most of these figurines is the extreme fidelity in proposing the curious poses generally adopted by the characters, which also makes them quite original compared to the normal static posture. Like all production Banpresto viewed by me, the statuettes are made of two pieces plus the base: in practice, attach the legs to the torso and the model is mounted. It is almost a single body, much robust. The packaging is very simple, no protective plastic wrapping the pieces that are simply contained within a bag. Luckily MioBoutique before sending them has seen fit to open the package and insert the padding in order to prevent the pieces urtassero each other during transportation, causing serious damage.

As you can see from the photos, the level of attention to detail is excellent, the lines were even reproduced on his hands! Both characters have never enjoyed a television transposition, then the design and colors are inspired by the drawn by Araki in booklets and on the covers of the manga. Although not apparent from the photos, while Josuke is perfect, but Day has some minor discolouration under the hairline, but the question is really just against: indeed it is still a pretty cheap model.
Rather coarse but the bases, despite the beginnings of an interlocking design. The uniform color purple is not really beautiful, and the size of them - not justified by the need to balance the model - end up taking up much more space than necessary, forcing the characters too far away from each other . Besides that of too crude and broad bases is a problem already encountered in the series devoted to Banpresto Lupin, then the manufacturer is to be a recidivist!

Ultimately I'm pretty happy with your purchase, the price is fair and good quality, and it is hard to find Jojo statuettes at such a low cost (the others I've seen are those of the expensive Medicom ): Banpresto thanks to you - in order - make the collection of all the protagonists of the series of Jojo.
